Kairos

Changing Hearts, Transforming Lives, Impacting the World

During the initial Kairos weekend, Kairos volunteers serve as God’s instrument through which His love, grace and mercy are expressed to the participants/guests in a real and profound way. God begins changing hearts. Following their weekend experience, participants/guests are encouraged to take responsibility for their life choices and their relations with God; they are invited to engage in small accountability groups

For more information contact Dan Shupe.

UNITED Women in Faith

The UWF is a unique group of Christian women who share Christ’s love through many ministries for women, children, and families. Some of our projects include “little dresses for Africa”, sewing kits for Haiti, and providing tools for the Community Development for all People. You are invited to visit either of our two circles or join us for one of our informative general gatherings. This group also provides opportunities for spiritual growth, education, and fellowship.

Thank you for placing your donation in the labeled grocery cart in the narthex. There are two other ways to support this mission for our community. You may make monetary donations by indicating “Weekend Food Program” on your check or online donation. And new this year is the Amazon Wish List. By clicking HERE, you will be directed to Our Weekend Food Wish List where you can purchase items from the list and have them delivered directly to Stonybrook! This is a great way to make the most of your donation as the Amazon prices are a great deal! For more information contact Kelly Shellhammer.

REACH THE COLLEGE CAMPUS TODAY, CHANGE THE WORLD TOMORROW. 90% of people who accept Christ do so before the age of 21. Many professors are teaching that there is no God. College is often the place where students shape their beliefs about life and spirituality.

We are also working to reach the over 1,500 international students at Indiana University and Purdue University in Indianapolis for Christ. The top international students from around the world are sent to America. Most of these students return to their home countries where they will be the leaders. If we can reach them for Christ while they study here, we can send them back to places that we as Americans have hard times getting in. We have interacted with students from Iran, Japan, S. Korea, China, India, Ghana, the Gaza strip, Thailand and many other countries.

Reaching internationals here now can literally take the gospel to ALL THE ENDS of the Earth.
